Improve your day to day styling
This is a workshop day that helps you to improve your day to day work in the salon. We go through how to speed up the process and get a smoother finish on your work. I walk you through the washing, fluff drying, clipper work and scissoring process. I can help you with breed-specific styling if you want.
This is NOT a “Learn how to groom dogs” course for beginners – it’s only open for trained groomers.
We work in a small group -it’s only 4 students.
I can help to source a dog -but if you want to do a specific style/breed -you might need to bring your own dog as I am limited in what dogs I can offer.
I supply tables and dryers -the students will have to bring their own tools – clipper, blades, slicker brush, comb, scissors and attachment combs.
The workshop is held at Dreamdogz grooming in Kilmore Quay,co Wexford
The schedule for the day:
10.00 We start with a demo and theory
1.00 Lunch – there is a coffee shop next door where you can buy lunch
1.30 Students start to work on the dogs
5-5.30 We finish when everyone is done for the day. There is no set finish time – we finish up when everyone feel that they are done 🙂
The cost is 150 euros for the day. Booking is non-refundable -but you can sell your slot and I will of course try to fill it from my cancellation list.
